Justin Pierre Laliberte

I’m a millwright and business owner who built my career from the ground up through hard work, long hours, and a commitment to doing every job with precision and integrity. Over the years, I’ve taken on some of the toughest industrial projects, pushing myself to learn, adapt, and master the wide range of skills required to keep complex machinery running at its best.

My background includes nine years in food manufacturing, where I gained extensive experience with high-standard production environments, sanitation requirements, and process equipment. Today, much of my work is within agricultural operations, handling large-scale installations, repairs, fabrication, and mechanical challenges. Being fully proficient in both sectors gives me a unique edge—allowing me to approach problems with a broader technical perspective and deliver solutions that others in the field may overlook.

As my business grew, I focused not only on expanding our capabilities but also on developing strong leadership within the company. I’ve invested heavily in equipment, shop infrastructure, and systems that help us work efficiently, maintain tight quality control, and reduce reliance on outside trades. This makes us faster, more capable, and more reliable for every client we serve.

One part of my job I take great pride in is training apprentices and helping more people enter the millwright trade. Millwrighting isn’t always widely understood, but it’s a critical profession that keeps industries moving. I’m dedicated to mentoring the next generation—passing on the skills, standards, and mindset that have shaped my own career. If I can help make this trade better known and bring more talented people into it, that’s a contribution I’m proud to make.
